Give you access to our MLS through your very own personalized search.  You will be able to access your search through internet browsers and make changes to fine tune the listings that are presented to you.  This search will send you emails of properties the minute the listings are published in the MLS giving you the best chance of viewing the home before it goes under contract to someone else.

Give you access to a downloadable program for your Android or I Phone  that will give you real time information on listings and under contracts as you drive through neighborhoods. It even gives you information on sold and expired listings so that you can get a feel for the neighborhood and what’s happening in its particular market.

 Both of the above search options allow you to save listings as favorites and possibilities. They also allow you to communicate those properties to me for showings with just a few clicks.

I have a strong background in construction and systems that will help enable me to answer complex questions about your potential home.  If I can’t comfortably answer the questions,  I have the team and resources to get answers to those questions.

I will not push unwanted properties on you, nor will I try to elevate price and stretch your qualification.  I am a strong believer in not making people house poor.  I want my clients happy and able to enjoy a fruitful life.  I will never pressure   you into a purchase.

I can give referral’s and names of vendors that I  have used or that clients have used when buying a home (inspector, appraiser, surveyor, attorney, insurance agent, etc.). It is  important to know that I take no compensation or payment from vendors

I will explain and help to educate you in all things that apply to your situation and your purchase. The law and practice  of Real Estate change daily. I will go through the contract and forms, I will explain financing and help you figure out what’s best for you.  My goal is to is to make sure you have all the knowledge and information that will ensure a smooth transaction.

When it’s time, I will write your contract for you.  I will explain what’s going on  in  the market so that you have all the information you need to  help me structure the best deal for you and when we go under contract I will be  there every step of the way.   I will help guide you through inspection, be there for you through appraisal, help manage the loan process and tackle title issues.  I will be there for you right through closing.  After closing I will be there for advise and help with all of your Real Estate needs.  Being your agent doesn’t stop at closing,   I want to be your Realtor For Life!
